H&S Companies celebrated the opening of a new Grand Rapids office with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on December 13, 2007.
The event helped integrate the clientele of the former Achterhof & Lothschutz, PLC with H&S Companies team members and clients. The two companies merged in July of 2007. The new location at 4575 Lake Michigan Drive NW is approximately one mile west of the former Achterhof & Lothschutz location.
This is the second merger in the past two years for H&S Companies, resulting in a larger team, expanded service area, and a broader range of services offered.
The celebration included approximately 100 visitors and featured tours of the new facility, which will house a full service accounting and tax preparation team and a certified financial planner and wealth management assistant.
"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to serve our clients through this incredible facility and new location," said partner Daniel Slate, CPA. "The Grand Rapids market will undoubtadly continue to be a key area for the expansion of our company."
