Jarred Hibma is a Shareholder at H&S and leads the Firm Management Division, bringing more than 15 years of experience to his role. He joined the firm in 2012 and holds a CPA designation as well as a Master of Business Administration from Davenport University. Throughout his career, Jarred has cultivated a reputation for authenticity, one of H&S’s core values, and leverages that strength to foster trust, collaboration, and clarity in all client and team interactions. In addition to his work within the firm, Jarred serves as Treasurer for the Newaygo County Area Promise Zone, contributing his financial expertise to support local students and educational opportunities.

Outside of work, Jarred is grounded by his family life. He and his wife, Elissa, are parents to four children, Evelyn, Adeline, James, and Elizabeth, who keep the household lively and often lead the family to horse events and the county fair. Jarred enjoys spending time at the lake, tending to the garden in the summer, and getting outdoors to hunt in the fall. His journey into accounting began with a high school class he found unexpectedly enjoyable, setting him on a career path that continues to be both fulfilling and meaningful.
