Jennifer Grinnell
Office Administration
Jennifer Grinnell is a Tax Administrator in the Administration division at H&S, where she brings her strengths in organization and customer service to support clients and internal teams. She joined the firm in October 2024 and leverages her background in administrative work to help ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. A graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation, Jen has built her career around delivering attentive, people-centered service. Prior to joining H&S, she spent 14 years as a Loaned Executive for United Way of the Lakeshore, helping coordinate corporate fundraising campaigns and participating in annual trainings and campaign meetings. Jen embodies many of H&S’ Core Values, particularly being self-motivated, caring, client-obsessed, and authentic, which guide her work and relationships every day.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys a life filled with family, creativity, and time outdoors. She and her husband, Nate, live in Standale with their two children, Addy and Mason. Jen loves reading, traveling, camping, boating, gardening, and arranging flowers, and she rarely misses an opportunity to spend time with loved ones or listen to music. She’s proud to have become a homeowner at just 21 years old and carries with her the advice her grandpa once gave: “Take it inch by inch until it’s a cinch.” Whether dreaming of future travels to Italy or reflecting on her first jobs as a babysitter and lifeguard, Jen brings a warm, grounded perspective to everything she does.
