Leah Hower is the Payroll Manager in the Payroll Services division at H&S, bringing 12 years of industry experience to her role. She oversees the payroll team and specializes in payroll and accounting for clients in the hospitality industry. Leah is a graduate of Muskegon Business College (now Baker College), where she earned a degree in Administrative Sciences/Paralegal. Known for her strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning, Leah plays a key role in ensuring excellent payroll service delivery for H&S clients.

Outside of work, Leah finds joy in spending time with God, her family, and her grandchildren. She also enjoys sewing, crafting, swimming, gardening, and has a special love for Christmas. When she’s not enjoying her hobbies, she dreams of traveling anywhere on a cruise ship.
