Lucas joined H&S in December 2025 and is a member of the Sales, Marketing & HR team based in the Cascade office. A 2025 graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Sales and Business Marketing, Lucas focuses on prospective client outreach and intake, helping create positive first impressions and fostering strong client relationships. With a passion for communication and connection, he enjoys supporting the firm’s growth by helping prospective clients find the resources and services that best meet their needs.

Outside of work, Lucas enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of Michigan’s seasons. Whether he’s golfing, fishing, hunting, or simply spending quality time with friends and family, he values opportunities to connect with others and enjoy the activities he loves. Lucas brings that same friendly, approachable attitude to both his personal life and his work at H&S.
