Jonathan McGrath is a tax and accounting professional, bringing six years of experience to his role. He joined H&S in March 2026 and works with clients across professional services as well as restaurants and bars, where he enjoys analyzing financials and helping business owners achieve their goals. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. He is currently working toward his CPA designation, with completion expected in fall 2026. 

Outside of work, Jonathan lives in Grand Rapids with his wife, Taylor, and their five-year-old mini dachshund, Noodle. He is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to baseball and the Chicago Cubs, and enjoys exploring new restaurants and bars, spending time outdoors golfing or running, and cooking at home while sampling a new red wine. Jonathan is proud to be the first person in his family to earn a master’s degree and values authenticity in both his personal and professional life.
