Reminder: Form 990-N Due May 15th

The Form 990-N is deadline is quickly approaching for those small non-profits that must file it. Here’s what you need to know:

• Form 990-N, aka the ePostcard, is a short electronic notice that tax-exempt organizations with gross receipts of $50,000 or less must file.
• You must file electronically, on-line (paper forms are not accepted).
• If you fail to file this form for three consecutive years, you will automatically lose tax-exempt status.
