Direct Deposit Info on the IRS website?
Dear Friends,
We have had several clients inquire about where they can go to update their direct deposit information on the IRS website. Taxpayers who previously received paper checks or have since changed bank accounts should be able to go online soon…
In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.
